They are lovely, what do you think the red writing says? It states that they are for wedding or parties, do you think it's a quote or something?0 -

Ive now made my first flannel muffin using a red flannel and it looks really good, especially when I put it in a gusset bottomed cello bag.:D
Im so pleased I noticed this thread and cant wait to give this as little gifts to people. :j
Just need to get some bath pearls for a finishing touch.

Just a little floral number, the description does say that they are made from food grade stiff sheet card board, so would probs be stronger than the muffin cases.
I was thinking those square cases could be used for a mousse/ ice cream style item with a mini plastic spoon. Im sure somewhere in this thread someone has a similar idea.
I can`t post a pic yet as my digi camera is broken  but will borrow sisters and try to post then.0 -
Also meant to say, to finish mine I folded over the top of the cello bag and stapled to the middle of this a straight piece of chiffon ribbon , then tied the ribbon into a lovely bow. Im really pleased and think they look really professional.0

I noticed them too I cant make out the
words properly but they are really cute:j:j:j0 -
Ive been rolling up loads of things now and trying them in the muffin cases- thinking of variations on the flannels...
How about:-
A tie ( for male or female) you have to be neat at rolling and can push the middle up for a different effect ( I know what I mean lol)
Two pairs of ladies briefs (to get the thickness to fill up the muffin cups, well depending on the size of the briefs lol.)
Two pairs of socks
Gloves...
Still thinking.....0 -
Has anyone thought about selling these and if so where?0

I definately want to make some money and since my Christmas cake and logs went down so well, I am going to make Easter cupcakes and try to sell them to collegues.
We also have a neighbourhood festival every year, where for £5 you can have a table for carboot sale type of stuff. I have had a stand there to raise funds for DD's gymnastics club but this year I am going to raise funds for myself with the cupcakes, nappy cakes and towel cakes..
Those cake cases are great! Oh no, might to buy some more flannels...:D I have bought some red flannels as well at Asda to make cherry cakes so if only those wretched cake cases came..0
