Oh I'm having one of those days too maria, I just suggested those glasses to see that Siren suggested it way back up there. Sorry Siren, in my defence I've had a flooded kitchen 3 times today due to kaput dishwasher, it's been like lake titicaca here. 3 Times because like a fool I didn't want to admit it was kaput so kept trying it :wall:

soblivion - oh my word - three times !!! I'd have bee sat weeping after the first time...................my washing machine did that once - was sat watching tele - went to put the kettle on and there was a huge pool...............still, cleaned the kitchen floor so there was a positive to it -not that I thought so at the time.

Sorry to hear you have all had so much trouble the last couple of days! And glad I jogged your memory about the imp's dressing gown Maria.

I'm still having trouble getting my flannels. Tried the Portsmouth Wilkos on Sunday (which is a huge one) and they didn't have any and today I tried my local Wilkos and they still don't have any. I'm pulling my hair out here as I need to get them done asap as they have to go back with my mum when she come visits real soon!!

Maria, I've not forgotten my parcel to you, I've not been well again today so couldn't go out, tomorrow is market day and I'll not be able to get anywhere near the p. office, Wednesday I have electricians in all day, I'm afraid it's going to be Thursday, hope that's not too late???

when ever you have time is fine don't go out if your not well, i hope you feel better soon xxx

Siren, have you tried looking for flannel on the wilkinsonplus website, think you can get orders delivered to store so you don't pay p&p? I looked in my Wilkos last week and they had no brown flannels. Do you think the country's gone reindeer making mad?
