My Cello wrapping isn't perfect Candy, think it is just perseverance ... I end up tangled in it and everything. Had some loose cello bags which were just perfect for it.

    Thanks Cookiedough :)

Having located my flannels that I'd mislaid............I've set to and made three chocolate yule logs..............put elastic bands round each end for now, to hold them together but whats the best way to stop them unrolling ? Dont want to use glue dots in case the receipient frays the flannel when they take it apart............shall I pin it ? If I make sure the pins have litle round ball heads on then they'll be visible ones the cling films taken off so no pin !!!!! accidents (hopefully) unless anyones any other ideas ? I did wonder about sellotape:confused: I'd thought about putting a gold or red ribbon round them in the centre

Yes Mary, that is what I did last Christmas, a ribbon in the centre kept mine together but I think a pin would work as well, they are not for small children so surely it would be visible for an adult as not to hurt themselves.

    Hi Rosekitten,
I just typed the strawberry and chocolate labels up on Word, and then stuck them onto some brown and pink card, using my NEW 'crafty companion' embellishment thingy to edge it. Although you can't see it too well, it has white lines running through to give it a sort of chequered background. If you want a copy of it, I'll email it to you.

    Hi Mary43,
I must admit, I just used pins, I haven't had much look with sellotape just lately, everything seems to fall apart.
