#21 checking in at the end of a very dreary January to report a total of £108.50, on track having virtually potted all of the biggest amounts, and looking forward to hopefully a lighter, brighter February and the amounts slowly getting smaller! Well done everyone for some amazing totals and jolly good starts. To have anything in the 'pot' at this stage is brilliant, and we've all made it to January pay day! On we go! :) xxx

First post updated - if you're new, check for your numbers!

Well done everyone - loving seeing how well you are all doing and also how differently we all do this challenge!
This year I'm doing mine a little differently - I'm putting a fixed amount aside each month BUT I do like to tick off the amounts and keep it all in line so I spent a very worthwhile half hour calculating it all down to match exactly so I can still tick an amount off each day!! Some would call me sad... I say motivated... LOL! Therefore I have £111.35 in the pot at the moment but that covers up to the end of February... and not all ticked off yet!

Hi all, elsiepac can I join in please. I actually started on January 1st. I am using an unused savings account that was sitting with £10 in it and moving the pennies over though my internet banking. This is my first job every morning, that and marking off my NSD.
Edit- forgot to say that when complete I am going to pay it off the credit card balance. With this and overpayments will make a big difference at the end of the year.
