My masters is in Educational Leadership. I'm currently on a school trip to France, trying to read some journal articles!

Back in the UK, overpayment by DH and a Tilly tidy from me means....we are in the 250s!!!!!
Current total -
£259,999.99 😃
Had a meeting with my MEd supervisor and I'm excited to start writing essay number 1 during half term.
Been a bit spendy lately, so half term will need to be a frugal one. Two weeks off though which will be bliss!1 -

Thanks @savingholmes feels some food progress. Think it may be near the amount we originally borrowed for our first house. Must dig out the statements in half term.
So nice to see the sun today. Three days until half term. Whoop whoop.1 -

Ah the excitement of the first of the month!!
Mortgage payment made and £300 OP too.
Total at start of year: £289,999.99
Current total: £257,749.99
Total reduction this year: £32,250
Only one more payment until Christmas! We have met our goal for the year re: mortgage which was to get to 259k. So by new year going to make sure we just dip under the 255s. Then just need to chuck as much at it as possible before the new rate next year..sigh!
1,500 words of the essay done hurrah.
OH wants an electric blanket for his birthday. Very mse of him!
So far we e kept the heating off, the cost had gone up by £60 a month, but with the current help that is negated.
