Has anyone recently been in a Go Roam country with the Data Reward sim? Were you charged the 3-2-1 rates?

I am also having trouble with this, been trying over a week now, have updated APN settings and also contacted 3 who gave 1gb free data for the month. They have advised they are aware of the problem but won't state how long until we can expect a fix. Also tried with another SIM card and still having the same problem.k_man said:

I wonder how many people actually get these data sims? My gut says that while 3 may be aware of the problem, I don't see them putting much effort into fixing the issue.sayhitorosie said:

if they don't fix it you go on chat and they credit you some data(often 1GB), I did it a few times a bit inconvenient once a monthmerchcon55 said:

one call they gave me a small amount of credit as well.
my guess is the call centre/chat people need to complete the easy exit with chance of they did ok on the feedback even if they can't fix the problem.

Does an unregistered (for free data) Data Reward SIM still enjoy 3-2-1 PAYG rates?

Update -
Contacted Three Chat and explained the problem regarding the free 200mb and the inability to complete registration. I asked them he to register the sim for me. Gave name/address/post code and then was asked for the 6 figure number of the sim card (note - this is not the mobile number..!).
Anybody know how I can check if I have been given the 200mb?0 -
You can sign up for access to your sim account using Three's My3. Browser or app (there's 2 apps for added confusion, only one works). Can check data & cash balance and can top up from £2.1
