Sounds like most of us have been fairly restrained over the holiday.  I suppose there is a positive to not having loads of beige party food. Well done all.😊 I've just got a very few chocolates to finish tonight and tomorrow.

We managed a walk today as it was bright and sunny if very cold. Called into Farmfoods afterwards and bought lots of beetroot and pickled cabbage while they still had large jars. I don't think it's regular stock.

    Todays EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit squash, skinny syrup (F), HEB porridge, HEA milk, red berries (S)
    L- JP (F), chilli (P,S), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- Chicken stir fry (P,S) with noodles (F)
Syns- tbsp honey in sauce 2.5, Christmas goodies😊

bubbs we only had them because they were in the freezer and needing using up and we hadn't got any sausages left!  Certainly won't be buying them again!

Good to see you Katie_j.  Great that you've now got lots of nice healthy food so you can get cooking and stick to plan.  Let us know if you need any help with anything, there's usually someone around who can help.

I really wish we had a FarmFoods round here maman but our nearest one is about 40 miles away - a long way to go unless we're away in the motorhome near there!  Don't go there very often though.

I wouldn't drive 40 miles for Farmfoods denise. It's one of those shops that has occasional bargains but sometimes nothing special, especially for healthy eating . What they are really good for is frozen veg. I didn't buy any today as they're regular lines but I really rate their frozen leeks and other veg is good value compared with fresh. 😊

I think you’ve all done so well over Christmas.....3 Ferraro Roche on Christmas Day 👏👏
I didn’t do as well and didn’t count a thing, my meals were mostly fine but I’ve snacked - especially after Christmas. I’m ready to start again Monday though and eating a lot of the extras we’ve had in this weekend. I didn’t get around to buying my countdown on New Years Eve so will have to take the rise in price on the chin and get in touch with my consultant on Monday. I wasn’t going to go back to SW but I really like the website and if I commit the cash it might make me think more.
Thanks for the new thread. Good luck everyone 👏👏

Good luck milann with getting back on plan after the weekend.  I use the website a lot as well and would be lost without it but being at target I don't need to do Zoom meetings and weighing every week.  I'm trying to push it out to 6-8 weeks between WIs (to consultant) but still weighing at home for my own benefit (and for the thread!).  I don't if you've been reading but my consultant is leaving the week after next to start a new job with regular hours!

Yesterday a SW leaflet popped through the door and there's a new group opening up on a Friday morning in the next village so think I'm going to give the consultant a call and may well join her group after my consultant leaves as if I've got to have a new consultant I might as well go to a group which is closer to where I live and is also a morning group - I think Friday would be better than Thursday for me too as I usually go shopping on a Thursday.

The weather here is horrible again, we were forecast showers from about 10am - 3pm but they've started already and it's in the air.  Need to do more washing so the machine is on now and the washing can go on the airer again.  Hopefully shouldn't need to do any more washing for a few days!

    Today's plan:

B - fry up - P; S; F; 7! (couldn't get my usual low fat sausages so just bought enough for today thankfully!). will go back to butchers on Tuesday to get my low fat ones!
    L - LO minestrone soup
D - roast chicken dinner with roasted veg, roast new potatoes and green veg
    S - crackers, cheese, pate

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - crackers
Syns - sausages 7; pork and mushroom pate 4
