Happy Christmas to all. I’ve managed to move. I have a Christmas tree up. I need to get the sucker down. But it looked good.I’ve set next years targets. 😁😁
finished a Christmas tree skirt. More bits for the Tula pink quilt and whipped up a stocking on Christmas Eve. Made it too big and had to do extra shopping to fill the sucker. 🤬
182 / 250 for the year. I’m deciding anything else I finish can be added to next year at this stage.I need to finish unpacking and sort the spare room here. It’s achievable and anything I can add to next year will motivate me.

Well, that didn't work - but on the plus side, I got to go visit family earlier this week and friends visited today, so at least I got a good dose of social (still haven't finished the skirt, though )Wraithlady said:Hoping to at least finish my skirt before NYE - now the Solstice dinner is out of the way, I will be able to concentrate on something that isn't a/ desperately trying to tidy the house after 18 months of benign neglect or b/work.
I have between Xmas and New Year off, so here's hoping!2026 Fashion on the Ration - 0/66 coupons used0 -
Just sorted through 3 bags of knitting materials - I can make quite a lot of scarves, hats, and mittens! Some of the yarn I have is worth knitting up - I’d save quite a lot of money compared with buying the items made up in the same quality yarns… which makes me wonder why I buy scarves, hats and mittens/gloves at all.1
