Welcome to the moving madness nimbo! My son has to self-isolate so the buyers surveyor can't come round, but otherwise it's all systems go here. Before little one had to self-isolate, we managed a lovely relaxing weekend away at my parents house, and my mum fixed the mistake on my knitting (been sat a while!) so I've done a bit more on that. I've got a year to finish it- think I will need it!

I’ve finished a tote bag that has been sat there since October.

Competed one more star of my EPP quilt.

Prepared one print tray for papers in the back of it. Which will need to be chosen and done when I have moved.

I have chucked away 2 bags of stuff. And one broken screen from the craft room.

    96 / 250.

Slow and steady. But I am currently happy I’m finishing some stuff off. As well as keeping up with a new project.

Hope you’re all enjoying the crazy weather.

    98 / 250.

I am on a roll. Made a leather pouch for face masks and also used up an embroidered patch form a pair of jeans.

I’m sick and tired of the plastic wrappers for the ones for work exploding in my handbag. This should solve that issue. I’ve still got loads of things I need to sort but I’m feeling kind of positive about finishing as I pack for a bit. 😁😁

Nimbo, good on you packing yourself!! We are having someone do it for us. We packed a few things and the toddler was a nightmare trying to "help".
I am planning on a little bit of crafting this afternoon- perhaps some finishing off some cross stitch, or some card making. Who knows 😂

Years ago I dated a man and the last time his parents moved they’d paid packers his mum unpacked the last three boxes and one of them had the waste paper basket with paper in it and half a pack of plastic knives. 🤣🤣

im starting off organised. I’m sure it’ll wear off soon enough.

Well done, Nimbo.   I'm in awe of you being able to stashbust in the midst of moving preparations!

Just 7 cards made, hopefully more tomorrow.
I miss my sewing machine, but at least it's made it to the engineer's bench.   Maybe I'll get it back next week.

Hi, things must be calming down here at the new house,I have found my knitting bag and made another baby hat.

Not found my fabric box yet. I imagine when I do I would have some selvedge edges. Fab idea to use them as the spines of books.

When I was packing I almost got to the point of ridiculous packing. I just didn't care by the end of it!

     Total 74

    102 / 250.

I’m also hoping to do a car boot with my sister at the weekend. So that will
declutter more and hopefully make me a few quid. (Famous last words I’m sure).

I hope you all are well.   I'm glad to here that stashbusting is going on apace.

Not much going on here, I'm enjoying the beautiful weather.   It's so rare to get such an unbroken spell.   There was a thunderstorm 'danger to life' warning today, but it passed us by.   We could here distant rumblings.

I have managed 6 little crocheted acorns and 5 Christmas cards.   I got my sewing machine back today from being serviced, so I may have to play with that again soon.   I have such a long list ...

vulpix, I have to confess that the book spine idea is not mine; it was suggested on the pattern I found.
