Take care of yourself dumpling.I’ve had a shocking weekend food wise, no treats for me this week, pmt always derails me mentally and physically. I’m freezing everything that goes out of date this week and having a week of 2 x 400 calorie meals a day only. Has to be done.6

Well done All Lovely Losers 👏👏👏 and well done everyone for keeping on keeping on. 🎖🎖🎖
Weighing in with STS. I’m not surprised as I had some extra carbs because of the cold - only porridge or rice pud, but it adds up. Brambling that leaves me at -6/7 again (not 5/7 sorreee!). Thank you for keeping the score and cheering us on.

Another 1lb off for me, 6.5 so far this year. It’s been much slower than diets in the past but I’ve not really had to think about it so I hope it’s sticking this time! I’m still having food blow outs but I’m making more careful choices at meal times. I made some veg soup with the fridge leftovers to do lunch a couple of days and I’m making bolognese for tonight and fish cakes for tomorrow then we’ll need to have a hunt in the fridge to plan the rest of the week.
Well done to everyone and good luck this week xx6 -
Morning everyone,
Checking in with a -2.5lb loss this week, really not sure how that has happened, especially since yesterday was a bit of a blow out - it's probably not caught up to me yet! I suppose I was trying hard in the run up to it though, so I guess that helped. Old me would have said "if I'm going to eat rubbish on Sunday I may as well do it all week" so that's a positive step!
Well done everyone and have a good week5
