Welcome Iantanna 👋 newbies always welcomed any time
Cranky congratulations on the smaller jeans, just don't do what I did after having had my gall bladder out and start to eat all those fatty foods again and put all the weight plus some back on 🙄

Meals and lunches sorted for the week so now I just need to stop picking at the chocolate and biscuits. I’ve finished off the mint choc chip ice cream from Christmas so one less thing to tempt me. Mince and tatties for tea tonight and a biryani type thing made for tomorrow with left overs from freezer. Pasta and stir fry for rest of week. I also made a leek and cannellini bean soup for lunches. I forgot spinach for it tho and it needs a bit of seasoning x7

Well I have put one LB back on ! I knew that last week was too good to be true, still on the right track, as I barely moved all weekend, it was too cold, and I had some stuck feedback writing to do and spent a good while looking at it - and I redid my bedroom. So all is good, but I guess it makes this week a bit of a redo.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
