Hello everyone
I forgot to write my meals out for a couple of days and I have now forgotten what I have eaten. Oh well, I am finding it quite tricky at the moment as I am full of cold and just want comforting foods. Steve put a ham hock in the slow cooker last night so we will be having some split pea and ham soup for lunch I am guessing. Nice stick to your ribs food for this freezing weather.
My meals today are:
b1 - fruit and yoghurt
b2 - ham and dairylea sandwiches as I was still hungry
l - aforementioned soup I hope
d - chilli con carne and wedges
s - more fruit
Well done to everyone who has lost weight this week. I will weigh in on Monday but I am not holding out too much hope. Take care all xx8 -

Hi Folks and well done those who have lost so far.
Having a really lazy day today, although the road gritters have been round the street our pavements are still way to icy to go out. I’ve just got enough time to post this, do the dishes and prep veg for tonight the its feet up with a cup of liquorice tea to watch Black Narcissus (the movie) I enjoyed the 3 part drama that was on the other week, but this Sister Ruth is way more scary.
Meals for today =
B - Porridge and tinned peaches
L - Pear & stilton salad, crispbreads
D - Beef stew, brussel sprouts & cabbage
Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Sept Grocery spends = £304.88

Thank you for the welcome Brambling
So I weighed today and I have a 1lb loss. Very happy with that, need to keep it going now.
I am trying not to focus on losing weight or looking better but feeling better and more healthy. I often yoyo losing around a stone and a half at a time and as soon as I am low enough to feed content with myself I put it all back on, so it is a constant back and forth for me with my weight. Hopefully instead of focusing on image and focusing on my wellbeing, might just put a stop to the yoyo antics, well fingers crossed anyway. Thank you x*Stop giving up what you really want for what you want now*
