purple I am also interested in the hair mask I finished mine a couple of weeks ago and ATM I am doing a pre-wash condition using up some of several conditioners that are sitting unloved in the bathroom, my hair has become very fine, tho' thankfully I still have lots of it and these ones weigh my hair down too much and make it limp.

I have read about those period pants but they don't appeal to me. I think they might get cheaper over time, hopefully. I used to use a mooncup but have gone back to tampons as I find them easier.

I keep going out not wearing warm enough clothes. It keeps being chiller than I think. I have my exciting blood test tomorrow!

I watched the film Clueless last night. I had forgotten how much I love that film! I started watching Arrival (about aliens) after but I got too tired so I will finish that later.

I am about to order from Superdrug. I have run down my two lip balms. It feels like I ordered from them recently but I need shaving stuff as well.

Chanie it was the Garnier Ultimate Blends Hair Food Banana 3 in 1 dry hair mask.  I keep feeling my hair as it is so nice and soft.

I like to ring the changes with hair products. I read somewhere that it's not good to keep using the same shampoo all the time. I don't actually think that's true but weather, central heating, hairdryer etc can have drying effects on hair as they do on skin so I ring the changes. I tend to use an extra rich conditioner once a week as like maddie said too much can make my hair limp. I've been using blonde products to try to preserve any vestige of highlights but as it's over a year since I had them done my hair is probably its natural colour now.

My highlights are now silver and totally natural.  I just wish there were more of them, maybe all join up!

Got really excited that Nazanin Zaghari Ratcliffe had been freed now they are saying she's back in court next Sunday.  Poor woman and her poor family.

Oh dear. I hadn't heard that but I suspect the family weren't getting their hopes up too much based on her previous experiences. Her supporters have tried hard to keep her plight in the public eye. I do hope this doesn't get lost in all the other 'news' that's going on. 

Back to hair. 😊 I cut off a tiny bit more before my shower this morning. I think it'll be at least 6 weeks before I can get an appointment so I'm just doing my best to keep it going. Fortunately no grey has appeared over lockdown so not too fed up with my hair in general.

I too was excited for Nazanin, her daughter, her husband and the rest of her family. Then I read the finer detail and realised she is not free to come and go as she pleases in Iran. I am fearful for her, as she has to return to Court and no one knows what will happen then. What price freedom when the reality is that you are not even free to return to your home?

I hope she escapes.  Reminds me of a time I was at Heathrow, a young woman had escaped from an Arab country, her husband wouldn't agree to a divorce but she forged papers to get out.  She arrived at Heathrow with a handbag, a spare nappy and a baby.  No coats, just light clothes she had on that morning.  I gave her money to phone family and to get something for her and the baby while they were waiting.  She said she was terrified until she was out of their airspace.  I wish I'd taken her name and address.  I'd love to know how she did.  The "baby" would be about 30 now.

I had natural highlights, and stopped colouring about 18 months ago, it's all natural shades of silver & grey now!
