Hello Ladies,
I had quite a rough evening and night. I kept on shaking as if I had tremors. I was hot without having a temperature. I woke up very uncomfortable at 3.30am and I just could not get back to sleep, so I got up at 4.30am and came down to my Living room to read and watch BBC news.
I am just going to get plenty of rest and not take on any household chores that will prove too taxing while I am feeling a bit fragile.
Maman that door number is a thing of beauty

I’m plodding along here. Not easy when your neighbour knocks on the door with big slices of home made caramel cake🙁
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.5 -
Good to have nice neighbours though TF. 😊 You must have some treats though because if you feel deprived you'll give up. Actually a slice of cake is probably better than buying/cooking a whole one.
Hope you're feeling better sugarbaby. You should sleep well tonight after your early start today. 😴

Love the door number Maman, that cake sounds good Toni'sfriend. I've got a busy few days as I'm looking after little grandchildren while parents sort out their house move. They will definitely make sure I'm active for the next few days and I'm just having a relaxing cup of tea before the chaos begins.
Hope you are feeling better Sugarbaby.5 -

Glad you enjoyed the cake Toni'sfriend. My grandchildren have arrived with school work to do so I am supervising maths at the moment. I did it all with 4 children, did it again with 2 older grandchildren and here I am again. I should have been a teacher and got paid for it.6

Hello Ladies,
Maman I did get 7 hours sleep, so that helped. My arm is not aching today and the only unnerving side effect I am getting this evening is the shakes.
I have had a really restful day. I have been kind to myself and given my body the rest it needed to continue to recover4 -
Hope you feel better soon, SugarbabyHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.3

I just went out to drop off another donation bag to a charity shop. Clothes again and I got rid of two handbags too. I wasn't tempted to go in and look around as I have bought enough the past couple of weeks.
I watched that Davina McCall show about the menopause the other night. She mentioned the book I read recently on women and the risks associated with menopause and developing dementia. The XX Brain. It reminded me again to make sure I'm getting healthy fats daily!
I was going through my calendar yesterday and it's strange how it seems like it is quite full in comparison to last year.

Hello Ladies,
Thanks Toni's Friend, I seem to have recovered from my 2nd dose of the vaccine now. I just have to live with my long Covid symptoms and my other health issues, so life is back to my normal.
I got a call from my brother H asking me to sort out his mini crisis. He had no gas, because he topped up his Gas card yesterday, then he had a fall and broke the card in 2 pieces.Thankfully he did not injure himself badly when he fell. He needed a new top up Gas card and his payment from yesterday transferred onto the new card. It took me 2 calls patiently explaining what the issues were to British Gas customer service advisers to get the whole mini crisis resolved for my brother. He was very relieved, as he had already used his Emergency gas on his pre payment meter, so he is without gas until he can go to a local shop that has Payzone to get his new Gas card.
