Thank you.  Its so hard, but i do need to learn to ignore it. I hope I will get the hand of it sooner rather than later.  I will not be saying anything until at least the house is signed over.  My friend mentioned that maybe they are waiting for me to tell the husband because she is too cowardly to.  Made me think.  I will not tell him, but i will say something once it has been done, so he doesn't sign unless it is a divorce for those having an affair.  I also have plenty of insulation to keep me going even if i miss a few meals!  Thank you for caring

Thank you for your kindness yesterday.  I am feeling much more my fighting self today even though i didn't get to sleep until at least 4am last night as things were whirling through my mind.  Anyway DD2 went back to school today, had meeting outside with councillor (hour and half in the cold - toes were numb) which went well, a bit of tidying but much much more needed.  Waiting still for Boris.  I also went to collect some pack lunch bits that the high school has provided for the older 2 as they are not in this week.  Today we used the potatoes for jackets, with beans and cheese.  There is also orange juice, fruit, eggs, rolls, pasta, butter, more cheese, tuna, crisps, biscuits and yoghurts and probably more that i have forgotten. I am really grateful.  The bags/boxes were on a trolley at the front desk and one per child.  On the last few days before the holidays we were asked if we would like a box.  I reckon there must have been about 40 boxes.  I am sure that there are more than 40 kids who have free meals.  Not sure if people just couldn't get there, or if people feel embarrassed.  It was the first time i had turned my car on since before christmas today and it did sound a bit rough.  I am really hoping it passes the mot on thursday.  Off to put dinner on before sitting down to watch the announcement.

Good luck for 2021, you've given yourself a good platform to build upon by getting rid of your debt and cheating husband.

Well training is cancelled for today while the boss tries to work out what to do.  We totally do not understand how schools and everything can be shut and everyone being told to stay at home, but preschools stay open.  We would understand if it was for key worker or venerable children, but its open to all.  This means my children now have to go to the school as key worker children and risk passing things on.  I just don't see the logic.  Anyway those that can go in today have got a meeting at 1 and the rest of us staff who have kids at home will get an email later to see what has been said.  So i best get off here and do some home schooling

Feeling much happier this evening as it has been confirmed that I can work from home.  Feels like a big weight has been removed.  I now don't need to send the kids into school and we can stay home - apart from XH visit every other week.  I feel for the rest of the staff that are actually need to be with the children, even though a lot of them are staying away for now at least.
Food has been delivered and we are all full up with everything we could need.  I have previously purchased enough paper and ink etc for home schooling, so all good there too.  I imagine lots of no spend days as although money will be ok, I wont be getting an awful lot re wages as only get paid the hours worked and that will be reduced.  Going to get an early ish night as didn't sleep well again last night.  Nice hot bath first I think is definitely needed.

We have settled into home learning again - probably helped as I was at peace and not fretting about work.  All work was completed in time for lunch.  DD1 went for a walk while the rest of us made a better attempt at clearing up the downstairs.  Recycling was collected and put out for collection tomorrow morning.  This in itself cleared a great amount of stuff.  I emptied the car ready for the MOT, so the kitchen has all of the Christmas veg that i was storing in the boot of the car - much fresher actually than the bits I kept in the fridge.  We didn't spend any money today which is good and fairly easy as not been anywhere plus we don't need anything.  Tomorrow will be a different story I feel with the MOT.  Everyone keep their fingers and toes firmly crossed that it passes.  I have written my objections to the building at the back of the house and its currently with a family member trying to get it spell checked and put into better words to pack more of a punch.

Fingers crossed on the MOT and the planning objection. Can I drop my kids at yours too? I think they'd be more productive with you than here with their dad. Or me for that matter. We shall see when its my turn.
Feels like it doesn't stop this having kids lark! We've been playing animal crossing and I wish it was as easy to pay off a mortgage in real life.
Keep up the good work xxxx

Kitten I think your children would soon get bored of me as I am definitely a 'mean mum' according to my children lol.  Yes if only I could earn money as quickly as on the kids computer games i would have several houses dotted around lol.
Good news is that my car passed its MOT.  I was really happy, even though it needs several things doing to it and some really quite urgent.  I am however really not going to be using my car for the next 6 weeks so I can take my time to look at where to take it to get it done at a good price.  I need a new tyre, new cups (or something to keep dust our of another part - almost perished?) and something near the exhaust is a little rattley and may make a noise if not tightened up.  She did make a point that the tyre was worn on the inside so I was unlikely to have noticed, which made me feel like it wasn't from lack of car maintenance awareness.  Anyway money taken from car fund.  I will need to top this up when wages come through at some point today, and I may add in the money for clubs too as they are not likely to start anytime soon.  We heard earlier today that DD2's primary school will provide her with pack lunch food parcel next Monday as vouchers haven't been sorted yet by the government.  I need to see what is in the freezer and work on our meal plan.  I am thinking that we will probably be able to skip the food delivery slot this week as I'm sure we have enough already here, especially if we are getting lunch food parcels for all 3.  All savings on food are a bonus :)

Fantastic news on the car! Shame about the advisories but as you say you're not going anywhere. And your certainly not the only mean mummy. We are so bossy, aren't we?
Relieved you've been given all the food. Certainly takes a lot of strain off your shoulders. Hope it's all nice food for you all to eat. Xxx

We are definitely bossy being mums lol.  All food so far will be eaten other than the tinned fish.  None of us like fish so our next door neighbours have benefitted from them so far.
