It is almost the weekend and I am looking forward to relaxing again. Work has been ok but busy which means the day flies by. I have use almost all of my extra hours up so will need to return to my normal hours of work, so only 3 afternoons off. I think it might come difficult for the first few weeks as I am so out of that routine now.

Yesterday I went to my mortgage appointment and wasnt expecting such a quick response as he is off on holiday now, but I believe just before he left for the day he contacted me with a few extra questions. My cash deposit may be a little low but I do have the equity in the house, and he has an extra £2k for moving fees added into the calculation than I did, but he still thinks (with a little guessing about future income amounts) that I should be ok still.

It does confirm that unless all houses go down I cant afford to reduce what I could take for mine as the sums would then not add up. So for now at least we will keep it on the market. I might call the agent tomorrow and see what he has to say as I haven't had any word from him since mid March.

Right time for bed as I need to be in work on time tomorrow.
