Thank you to you both.  I am still unsure as there is nothing much around at the moment that is suitable,  however the past few days I have been blocked in by inconsiderate builders it has made me think I really am doing the right thing.

Good morning, yesterday I received my £50 from Nationwide and have paid it straight off my debt.  Decided that I need that gone before I start saving towards the move.  Just under £500 left to go now.  I will put the money I get back from the energy company towards it too when it arrives which will leave my just over £200 left.  Going to see if I can find that money from one of my other pots too so it will all be gone.

DD1 had an interview for another job yesterday.  She now has to do some online tests and another online interview, but she is through the initial rounds.  It would give her room to progress unlike her current job.  Money and benefits would be good too.  So we will see.

EPC man arrived 2 hours early yesterday so good job we were in.  Hopefully we can get the floorplan and new rating on our details today. No viewers yet but maybe we will hear today for the weekend?

I need to call the council offices today as I haven't heard anything back from my email to them re my garden waste bin.  I could do with it being emptied very soon. Also today lots of washing to keep on top of it plus the sunshine is hopefully going to produce the fee electricity for the machine and then free drying for us.  Must make the most of it.

Floor plan, video and a very good EPC rating (B) is now on the house information.  It is a real shame I cant pick the house up and move it to a village close by.  I really am in 2 minds as it does have just about everything we need.

I just received an email from current energy people to show my new solar account balance, and it looks like they are now paying me 15p per kw rather than the 4p that they were when I was with the other energy supplier.  So far March to April I have received £16.32.  I then had 2 spins on the wheel and I won 2 x £1 to add to my account - never been lucky enough to win before.  I have £120 in that account that I have requested back and that will be paid off my debt.

I also have another £13 in my survey account, plus a few more £'s waiting to clear, so will get that withdrawn too and paid towards the debt.  If I can do some more surveys it could be gone by the end of April which would be brilliant.

Not managed much yet other than making the pizza dough for the dinner later and loading the dishwasher.  The house look reasonably clean and the washing is up to date.  I need to pop out and get some cheese to put on top of the pizza, in fact I need to do a meal plan and a food shop really.  I have just been sitting on the sofa looking through various things on Pinterest, RM (at the same few houses that I don't really think work) and my money spreadsheet, while listening to the radio.  Relaxing but very lazy.

Just had a friend visit with some Easter goodies for me and the children.  Was lovely to catch up with each other and as she has just gone on the market too, so it was good to compare notes.  She has had a couple of viewings but no one offering as yet.

Decided it is jacket potatoes for dinner tonight as we have lost track of days already so it doesn't feel like a Sunday.  Therefore no need to do a roast today.

The weather is hit and miss today - keep swapping between dark clouds and sunny blue skies.  Not going to do any washing today just in case the sky stays dark and the rain starts.  Need to nip to the library at some point today to collect a few book that I have reserved.  Will do this just before collecting DS from work.  I don't feel like I have achieved much again today and the time is going quickly.  Not that I have much to do, but I don't want to feel like I have wasted away the holiday.  We are already half way through.

Might try to find some small boxes so I can start decluttering the bedroom drawers and pop some bits to the charity shop.  I know I have some space that is being taken up with things we no longer need.

Got another friend coming round today at some point to have a catch up which will be lovely.  I also received my renewal for my car insurance through, so will need to have a look at that later.  It is much higher than last year, and after a quick look at the comparison site, it is way more expensive than most of the other quotes.  I think I will give them a call and see if that is their best price.  If so it will be bye bye and looking at the next few on the list.

I also need to try again with the garden waste bin as they were not answering the phones last time I tried.  I really need it emptied but realise that this Friday is a bank holiday so not sure when it will next be collected.  Still need to find some boxes so I can get going on the drawers of clutter we have.

Getting excited as my Dad should return from his travels next week.  Felt a little lost without him being just down the road.

    I best get moving :)

Managed to sort a drawer yesterday of clutter.  Also spoke to garden waste, and my subscription ends in May so looks like it was just missed.  Will come again Saturday.  Cashed out £25 voucher from my post survey and gave energy readings so I can claim my solar refund to go towards the debt.  Hopefully that will soon arrive in the bank account so it can be sent across.  Checked the bank and the old energy money has appeared so I have zapped that to the debts.  Will update signature next.  I am getting really close now.

Not managed to look at the car insurance as yet, but it is a wet miserable day here and we have nothing planned other than needing to take some paperwork for passport to the post office for sending off, so may get it sorted today.  Hopefully the paperwork being sent off will be everything needed for DD2's passport.  Just need to find an envelope now.

DD1 is now off for her 4 days so would like to do something fun, just not sure what as they all enjoy different things.  We do need to pop and see Nana at some point but she has informed me that she is busy this week, so can we do next week (thinking we are back at school but sure we can work something out).

Right time for a shower and to start doing something as I have sat down for too much of the holidays so far.

Car insurance complete for the next year.  Cheaper than the renewal quote even after they had tried to beat the other quote.  I may be back next year if their figures are better.  It is also cheaper than last year too which is great.  Renewal cancelled so I don't end up paying twice and spreadsheet updated.

Another area decluttered but nothing much else completed today.  Passport document is in the envelope so I can post it when I drop DD2 off at the library tomorrow.  I would like to have a little look around the charity shops too maybe.

Asked the estate agents to re-gig the photos as on RM the 2 main pictures on show were the front of the house and the downstairs toilet.  Although I am very happy with the understairs toilet, I don't feel it is one of the main qualities that will sell our house.  I still do not think it is right, and maybe because the lack of parking around here maybe a picture of the garage might be better to entice people to click on our house and have a look, but will leave it on the living room picture for now.  Ooooh we now have a sign up too so the neighbours can all start talking lol

Yay to the sign and being Live on RM! The house we sold the other year, they used the garden and the front of the house (as it had a long driveway), the last one we sold they used the front of the house and the living room. They also took random weird pics of how I'd staged it like with my plants and record wall and stuff like that. I was like umm that's coming with me 🤣 they were like, we're trying to sell the lifestyle....hmmm... okay then.😆

Hope you get some interest in it soon. Do you have any idea what's for sale around your house similar style/ or size/ price. I had a folder on RM which I added to daily of houses for sale around where we were selling so I could keep an eye on prices and how others were styling/ and what was available that might be better than mine in price range and another folder for where we wanted to move to. I still have that folder on RM for where we moved to and update it all the time with local sales 😆 only because I want to be aware of not spending too much on the house before it's not profitable (not that I'm planning on selling).

I'm in the middle of decluttering too, it's all ended up on my dining table ready to be sorted. I had a whole list of jobs to do when I had my two weeks off and I've just realised, like you we're half way through and I've not achieved an awful lot. Oops.

I am a bit of a stalker on RM, which is why we have ended up on the market, as I kept seeing ones that I like and realising I cant buy them if I am not sold.  I am one of the 2 houses that are the lowest price 4 bed houses in a 5 mile radius.  I realise that we are still the footprint of a 3 bed, but when comparing the room sizes with other houses we are the same and in some cases bigger, but according to the agents we do not live in the right area to ask for more.  We are on for £280 but all 4 of the estate agents say they think it will sell around £260.  Got to try for a higher amount though.

I am looking for a 4 bed or a 3 bed with maybe a dining room / study, that can be used as a bedroom for the 4th room.  There needs to be parking for 2 or 3 cars - this seems to be the sticking point currently for our house and every other house that is on the market.  There are rarely 4 beds coming on the market, it is more often than not that the higher priced ones are being reduced.  I will not be moving if I cant find something suitable.

Within 5 min of the sign going up I got a text from the neighbour saying oh no your moving.  She has known from earwigging but obviously couldn't say.  It's quite funny
