  • Day 5 of the summer holidays
Oh took the kids to choose me a birthday present
I got some clothes for myself and the kids
    Video called my grandma
    Text my brother
    Phoned my dad

    Went to gp appointment
    Tidied up

Kids went in the pool , watched a film , played snap and with their nerf guns

I'm off too bed now. It's so hot here still 😁 I don't mind but I'm struggling to sleep 😴

    Hope everyone is doing okay.

July has turned out to be an expensive month for us so far but to be honest things like school uniform and clothes can't be avoided we never go over board and only replace what we need. All 3 kids had growth spurts all within about 6 weeks 😂 just the way it is sometimes.

    Have a lovely evening all

Love hugs positivity and prayers to all that need them ❤

  • Day 6 and i survived the dentist 😬 back in October to continue the treatment

Deep freezer is here. Waiting ages for one to come on fb but there hasn't been any locally so bit the bullet and bought a new one 😬 hopefully we will get some years out of it. And in the long run it will save us money as we will have room to freeze left overs, hopefully reduce our food waste, and be able to freeze reduced items etc

Not alot done today regarding keeping the kids busy just a chill day 😀

No spend day as my dental work is under the same treatment plan from a few weeks ago.

    Morning my beautiful diary friends

I hope you are all well.

For some reason I'm still awake 😬 so I've set myself some goals for August

    Financial
    ♡ 20 no spend days
    ♡ stick to budget
    ♡ Minamise our food waste
    ♡ £500 overpayment to debt
    ♡ make £15 a day in June

    Personal

☆ remove 155 items from the house
☆ get stuff crossed off my to do list
    ☆ limit mobile phone usage
    ☆ study stuff
☆ Read for one hour a day
☆ Drink 2 litres of water a day

    Other

◇ use as much stuff out the pantry, fridge and cupboard as we can

◇ get more organised around the house so I'm not buying duplicates and I know what we have and where it is.

  • Good evening/ morning all,

    Hope you are all well.

Nothing spent today. Have family visiting at the moment which is lovely.

Hoping to make a batch of pancakes and cakes tomorrow 😋

Trying to use stuff up out of the cupboards and fridge.

Also trying to keep the kids busy for free or low cost. OH took them for a walk today while I was at work.  They watched a movie this morning.

Nothing much to report just wanted to check in mainly xx
