Enjoy your days off. You are doing so well being frugal. I actually think amazon shopping is my downfall! The food waste shopping is an excellent idea and who doesn’t love a picnic!

Morning my beautiful diary friends. 

@WinterWarrior thankyou. We do waste more food than we should 😞 but I've been working on it and we have got better. Less food wasted, less money spent. I really would like to get a second freezer before the end of the year so I can batch cook and freeze more leftovers. 

Pay day today. I'll shuffle money about at the end of the month. Currently sending everything to savings as we know we have a few large things we will need to pay out for before the end of the year. Once everything Is paid we will send what is left over to the loan.

Hopefully by the end of next year the loan will be paid off. 

Off to do the housework before picking ds2 up

Hello my beautiful diary friends 

Didn't stop yesterday but it didn't seem to make a dent in how the house looked 

On the upside today has been better 

Me and dp also went on a walk and I feel better mentally than I did yesterday so that's a positive..


This evening I need to 

Finish guest bedroom 
Load cardboard into car 
Finish ds2s room 
Do lounge 
Kitchen and 
Dining room 

Will update in a few hours

Hi, with regard to a freezer, there always seem to be loads on Facebook marketplace here. I'm trying to avoid buying another, two huge chest freezers should be enough for us! Glad you're feeling a bit better, mumtoomany.

We haven't got much of April left. I can't believe how fast this year has gone....

I thought I would set my goals that I want to achieve by the 31st May 


Make £500 extra 
Declutter 600 items 


And get everything completed on my mammoth to do list ...

Good afternoon my beautiful diary friends, 

I hope you are all well. 

I had my assessment today with the mental health team. They will be in touch but it looks like I'll be reffereed to a different department of the mental health team. They want to get my depression and anxiety under control and then work on my eating disorder . It's all been quite stressful. I went on my own. But spoke to DP when I got home and as always he was lovely, we worked on the house together getting things squared up and I already feel like a weight has been lifted. Despite feeling very low. 

Plan for the rest of today.. Skip runs ..  Sweep,  hoover mop and laundry away feed the kids and then chill....

Day 3 of May and we haven't spent a penny yet. 

Roof has been finished just waiting on the invoice to know how much we owe him.
