Hello. I’m still in for decluttering, though it has slowed the last few weeks.I have two bags full of clothes for the charity shop and hope to be able to relocate them by donating them, next week as I am off work. I need to reassess my handbags too since at the moment I am only using a rucksackAm still intent on decluttering the larger size clothes in my wardrobe and if I continue losing weight at the same rate, should be able to get rid of another entire clothing size in March. Here’s hoping!I also have Supplies for hobbies that have sat untouched for some (erm about 12 maybe) years so after all the stay at home weeks, need to reassess those I don’t think I will ever return to.
i also need to declutter my freezer once all the panic food shopping (because the shops shut for a day or two) is over and done with.I also have a few things I would like to replace at some point, so keeping on this thread will make sure I keep discarding the old.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?17 -
I would love to join and be accountable please. for the last few years I have read and just lurked lol! This year we need to downsize our stuff even more; need to sell items to have money for our emergency fund too. We will try to have a 'very little spend January' as we have more than enough of everything in the pantry and freezer - will need a few fresh bits but can declutter the food16

Just found this. I've got a kitchen to declutter by the 26th January, going to need all the motivation I can find between now and then! XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x15 -

Good morning all, hope everyone's well.Over the weekend I've tidied my shoe storage, not getting rid of anything but it's tidy! , my plastic container cupboard and threw a few things into the recycle from that. Also the little hellhole that I call a utility room has been tidied and a few things chucked out.I'm taking a bag to the chazzer this morning, that has been on the go for a week or two.My cardmaking stuff could stand a sort out as well, i'll get to that soon.So I'll continue like this, and will encourage DH to go through his hobby things as well.Happy decluttering everyone.18

I'm in too,
I've loads sorted for decluttering but what I need to do now is get it to the tip or charity shop. All the Covid restrictions have stalled that here in France. Some by the actual closing of the places and some by the stalling of me - mild depression is always only a short step away
But, 2021 is on the horizon and I for one am determined to make it a good year. This last one in many ways has been a year to forget but it's also allowed me, and I think many others, to really think about what is important in our lives and that is a really positive and empowering thing.
It's also shown the power of shared hopes; so thank you Mrs SD for your threads and thank you to everyone contributing to them. Lurkers, like I've been this last year, may not contribute but you give us strength to see our way through to better places and give us a safe space to contribute once we are in a better place.
So on this Solstice which coincidentally has a wonderful 'star' tonight, I wish a very Merry Christmas to you all and a Wonderful New Year.Much love to you all,DeborahAiming for a Champagne Lifestyle on a Lemonade Budget

Hope the skies clear enough for us to see the conjunction, I have been watching them getting closer, I am continuing my blitz through, bathroom today, sprayed over and letting it stand, I like going into Christmas and New Year all ship shape, will just require tidy over now, although I wasn`t expecting anyone, and now Wales is entirely tier 4 definitely no one, my 70th birthday 26th, that`s been bombed too.Do I need it or just want it.18

Welcome aboard the 2021 Charabancs, ScarletRibbons 👋 You are definitely on a roll 👏
Lovely to see you dND 👋 Sounds like you have been decluttering quite a lot, only stymied by the French Covid19 restrictions ☹️ I am a bit of a grinch when it comes to Christmas, so I cannot wait for 2020 to be over. Definitely agree that 2021 is the year to make good 😌 if at all possible. But unfortunately for us in the U.K. it looks like the first half of the year will be more of the same + the nightmare that is Br*x*t. Oh well, I am sure that once B**** has trashed the economy, destroyed our relationships with the rest of the world & driven our NHS into the ground turning us into a third world country, it will all be alright - not sure what the emoji is for sarcasm 😉
Hope you got to see the wonderful star dND 🙂
Yah boo pamsdish ☹️ We will have to have a virtual party 🎉 - hm nibbles, hm bread with hm chutney + trifle, hm biscuits & of course lots of cake 🎂 Not forgetting a copious amount of alcohol 🤣

Hi Pamsdish, Another Boxing Day baby here
Big birthday for me too - I finally get my pension although I'm not going to feel sure until it's actually in my bank account as I've had so many start dates for it, (4 in fact!).
So have a wonderful birthday never the less and stay safe. Because I found my birthday overshadowed by Christmas and the dreaded 'joint present', plus having to wait 364 days for another present, I used to celebrate my half-birthday, 26th June. Maybe have your big bash then?dNDAiming for a Champagne Lifestyle on a Lemonade Budget
