vulpix, I can just see you as a ‘biker chick’ 🙃 Great work with the car boots & donating anything left to the CS 👏 You definitely deserve a week off decluttering 😉 How exciting rebuilding MrV’s studio 🙂 Hope the dentist visit went well 🤞

GrannyKate, rather sad that Christians cannot be ‘christian’ ☹️ I am currently bemoaning what appears to me to be a rapid decline into chaos & lack of kindness & consideration ☹️ Good work on the decluttering 👏

Hi,
Grannykate, Politics have prevented me getting too involved with things in the village. I think it puts a lot of people off, shame.
Mrs SD, I had motorbikes when I was young and so did my Brother. I got a car in the 80's when big hair was the fashion. Helmet hair wasn't the look I was going for! These days I am shall we say a little too well padded for a motorbike. My days of looking like Suzie Quatro are behind me. Literally. Haha. Strangely I have been referred to a gum specialist by the dentist. My gums are inflamed but not infected and he says there is no problem with my oral hygiene or my teeth. He has no clue! At least he is honest. Perhaps it's a Covid thing.
Today I shall tidy the house as we haven't been in since last Friday, just sleeping here basically ,and using every cup and tea spoon we possess. No craft club as my lift has to isolate and I am not walking 4 miles in the rain, and back again. I will have my own craft club and do more of the charity blanket whilst watching a bit of telly.

Made a start on my living room declutter. I steam cleaned two large ottomans inside & out that I had been storing odds & sods in - they smelled a bit of damp or something when I opened them.
I will begin sorting the actual contents this evening.

Today I took 5 bags or Denby and other crockery and bits to the CS. I was hoping to sell but have decided that I have enough stuff to sell so off it went. On the way there I found £10.00 on the ground. As I was on duty at the nearby CS I waited until closing to see if anyone was looking for it, but no one came in to ask so it was donated.
Also a bag of books sold online sent off.
Also taken today, a large shelf I won that would be great in big country house boot room but no good in my place.
vulpix: haveing a little chuckle re helmet hair
Right, off to have a go at that spare room again. I was going to do some yesterday but was too upset after a spat with my DiL to do anything but mope.I hope we sort it out soon as I hate this sort of confrontation.

Well done everyone is amazingly busy. I’ve had 4 hours of back to back zooms in between nursing my sore knee and cold/flu on the sofa. I’ve confirmed the new cleaner though she starts next Thursday fortnightly so feeling positive, kept the kitchen clean and I’ve kept to calories so decluttering fat. Although one of my lovely neighbours called with Lindor chics at she’s seen me in the street looking poorly.DF by 2023 No 17 £1,644 /£6000 Total debt £18,000 at the start of DFW Journey. 201814TH JULY 2021 DEBT FREE now in control365 1p challenge No 497

Lots going on, with everyone, healing thoughts to those injured / in pain. Working on emails/ calls. 3 things moved on , confirmed with police no luck finding driver for Dd1 accident but have report no, sending letter they sent to her old address and reassured they tried to find the driver with boards up etc .
Àbout 30 items put away ( count as 3) and sorted through far too many tights (wear trousers 99% of time) . Age 11/12 to go and bigger but shortish to dd1. 2 make up and old bank card , ( replaced as couldn't find it).
