@EnergyShifter good to hear you're focusing on your mental health, I think we often don't realise things have worn us down until something snaps and its very evident, glad you reached out to your GP and your cousin sounds fab - talking to builders I find daunting and means I put things off, and also having my DD back at home for any length of time.
@3secondmemory impressed by the carpet cleaning while injured I think I'd have retired to bed and paperwork. Interested how you've found your coach.
Found my notebook- days of looking - 3 times in the car, and cupboards and bags many times. On the edge of a dining room chair which was half under the dining room table but looked empty! Lost other things in the meantime!
Thank you for Mrs SD for my gold star. Hoping a few things will go out today/this weekend People say they want to pick things up from free sites and then don't which is frustrating. will add totals later
take care everyone

I have decluttered some plants from my garden to a couple of homes for people with learning disabilities. Turns out the person requesting them was related to someone I used to manage who is now off doing paramedic training. Nice to see people progressing in their chosen field.
Still got all the rest of the winter pots to hoik out and my carefully grown veg etc to go out. It’s a bit late but it seems to start raining every time I set foot outside, Sorting the air raid shelter is going to have to wait. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.9 -

@TC77Ironically and infuriatingly, she is the former Adult ASD/ADD specialist at SUH! She is the exact person I would’ve been referred to, by the NHS, three or four years ago, before the budget was cut to Zero and she, and her team, were made redundant.7

Hello all, don't remember when I posted last but have been tootling along doing my own thing and I can't remember what I've decluttered, doh ! My memory obviously, so if anyone finds it please take it to the nearest police station 😁This week I've finally decluttered a caravan porch awning that had been sat in my shed, yay !! It was past the point of no return 2 years ago as it was ripe and had already been replaced, but DH wanted some bits off it so there it sat....... and sat 😒 However this week he said only wanted the straps 😡 and now it is no more !!In the cs bag a glass coffee jar, the last of a trio ( the other 2 have been broken at some point ) More card crafting stuff out the door on a new baby boy card for a neighbour. More carrier bags have been dispatched too.Energyshifter many hugs for you, you seem to be going through tough times.Take care all fellow declutterersnanForgot to add several portions of beef mince out of the freezer ready for slow cooking today and the wrinkly fruit from the fruit bowl into a crumble, may add some summer fruit from the freezer to bulk up the crumble too.Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently9

Just a top that no longer fit's and a sheet that OH has put his foot through out to the bin.

Enjoying having worktop space in the kitchen although it feels a bit weird too. The boiler service was unfortunately cancelled by them this week however it has been rescheduled for a fortnight's time. My decluttering efforts will be concentrated on paperwork and emails for the next 2 weeks though as the kitchen is clear enough for the engineer to get to everything he needs.
