1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. ONCE A WEEK LEAVE THE HOUSE (e.g. Go into city centre for bank & butcher; go to local town for cs dropping off or buying; visit the pub with DH 😉Saturday was a mixed bag weatherwise - dry in the morning so would have been perfect for builder J to finish off but unfortunately his van broke down on the way home Friday 😱 so he is coming back on Sunday 🙂 DH spent the day on & off in the garden - managed to finish the bulk of the gravel laying on top of weed suppressant + an edging of bricks to stop the gravel migrating to the grass. He also cooked cheesy pasta for dinner 😋
DSis spent most of the day in her room - not feeling 100% - I think the whole situation has got her down - she is feeling bleugh ☹️I spent the day writing birthday cards - I have written all the cards I had through to early January 🥳🙂 I am missing 8 special birthday cards, which I will buy & write next week.Recorded Eurovision but did watch before I went to bed - my favourite finished 4th. Not too sure about the winner 😉 I wudupa.
Sunday is currently dry & windy. Builder J is here & finishing the last bit of bricklaying. DH has been busy again - he has finished gravelling the designated area & has about 70kg of gravel left. DH has also jet washed some of the car park. We are off to get my 2nd jab in about 30 minutes 🙂

You are welcome oceanspirit 🙂 Well done on decluttering paperwork 👏I should really take my own advice TC77 🙄 “I WILL enjoy decluttering or perhaps that should be ‘I will enjoy the RESULTS of decluttering’” That sounds a bit better 😉 Great decluttering 👏 & good luck with regaining your waist 🤞
Nice to see you gilly1964 👋 I see your retirement has been busy 😉 Excellent decluttering & marvellous sales, brilliant work in the garden & generous donations👏. Your mini break sounds wonderful & well deserved 🙂
Great work bit_by_bit 👏 Belated birthday wishes to DD 🙂
Now, now boultdj 😉 I am sure OH is a great cuddler 😉 Every bit out counts, so well done on the emails 👏
Great work Fiona236 👏 Sounds like you will have great fun smashing up computer towers 😉 I am envisaging you with a lump hammer wearing protective clothing & eyewear 🙂😉Vulpix, you are more than welcome 🙂 I like reading about everyone’s victories - large or small - in our battle against clutter 😉You have still managed a decent amount of decluttering, villagelife 👏 It must be really invigorating to be able to meet up with family & friends 🙂 especially after so long. I must say that reconnecting with loved ones is far more important than decluttering 🥳Well done Gem-gem 👏 I do like the ratio of recycling to binned 🙂Need to get ready to set off for 2nd jab - so will see you later 👋MrsSD 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Decluttering Target: 2021 1046/20212021 Savings Pot: £114.80 to end of MayBe Kind. Sorry, finding it hard to keep up with all the posts.
however,
Beach towel, flask, tie hanger in charity bag
two bags of clothes taken to recycle bank
one bag of decent brand clothes and camera bits, packaged up to send to heart foundation - hopefully go tomorrow to drop that off.
Broken hangers binned, hair grips binned.
clothes needing adjustment taken to someone who sews
Jigsaw, vacuum storage bags and a couple of books given away.
Leaving just the charity bag to dispose of (hopefully)
and my wardrobe is then decluttered until some more weight is lost
new shredder has arrived so next plan is paperwork declutter
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?12 -

No real decluttering since the all the furniture went on Sat. No sofa means I have been left with no choice but to move back into my bedroom. I haven’t slept there since I fell ‘iller’ Nov 2019. How time flies when you have little or no autobiographical memory! 😂😂😂
The new sofa will come with a steadfast rule that I cannot fall asleep on it!I did manage to shift 36 sachets of cat food. My 2 little heathens just lick the jelly off and it irks me daily! Problem solved - they are back on dried food - less waste, less bowls to clean 😃
i’m not planning to do much today. I find the second day after any type of vigourous activity is worse than the first, IYSWIM.Totally distracted watching a news report about canine Covid sniffers! How cool is that?On that positive note, I hope you all have a good day/week. 😃14
