Leaps and bounds.
I started tackling the shed and I filled 2 wheelie bins with recycling this week. One was filled with cardboard, polythene and paper I’d saved for packing, the other was filled with 4 years of compacted plastic which sadly had to go to land fill because it’s beyond me to get it to the drop off point at Sainsbury’s.I have a house clearance guy coming on Saturday. He has agreed to take my sofa, my old broken desk, a coffee table, a filing cabinet, a dining table and 6 chairs. He has a junk shop.I sold an Opium stool for £750 (hideous thing) and have ordered a corner sofa, booked my carpet to be shampooed and still have money left for a lift-top coffee table and curtains.Just washed an used cat bed, boxed up an unused cat’s water fountain and sorted out their bowls and toys for the Dog’s Trust. There’s a whole sack of really decent towels, pillow cases, flannels etc to go to the Ark and a box of duplicate kitchen utensils to go to the RSPCA.i’m sat in front of a box of tins candle glasses and other bits and pieces that I saved for crafts. Bric-a-brac really - another bag for the charity shop.
I can see a huge difference 😃13 -

Nothing much to report in. Took myself out to antique centre and had a lunch 'in' the cafe which was nice. Came home with some postcards for my history collection, a jigsaw to do with DGS4 and a present for DIL's birthday. Late DH and I went out a lot just touring countryside or finding new places and cafes to eat but even after 2+ years I can't quite get used to going places on my own. This last year hasn't exactly helped as I had plans to do things in 2020 which never happened. At least I am well and can get out and about when allowed. It was very quiet at antique centre for first hour or so then it got busy so I left after lunch. It rained continually all afternoon and evening and this morning doesn't look a lot better.
I plan to start the day with BG Live Chat again so having several cups of tea to charge me up. Third plumber turned up when not expected Tuesday, didn't listen to what I said, did a quick fix and left. Not surprisingly after 2 flushes toilet was not working properly again. I think they have mucked up the entire system and it will need to be replaced. I was told Monday complaints team would be in touch to sort things out with me but not heard a thing.

@balabooberlies sorry to hear that your dad is now in hospital . Glad you are there and sending hugs.
I didn't know what 'frogs' were so glad you asked.
@3secondmemory wow sounds amazing what you've done. Somehow I need to get my mojo back and more sleep. Wake up early but going to bed late which isn't good.
Diy man came and sorted back door and replaced cupboard hinge (managed to source one on f/cycle rather than buy a pair for £16 so pleased)
1 sock
Boxes of DD revision notes
Bread basket - cleared top section of cupboards and noticed huge number of plates so going to try and cull these. Will add 3 to total later.
Hoping the weather improves but think end of May before spring really arrives.9 -

@TC77
it’s not my mojo, it’s controlled mania! ADHD Brain conflicting with fatigued body. Now the ‘blockage’ has been removed, I can’t control the floodwaters. Boom and bust, rinse, repeat.I have massive anxiety even though I know I’m doing a really good job. I’m feeling very pressured as I’m doing this with the help of an ADHD coach. This is very, expensive and I can only afford her help for three weeks. I can hear the clock ticking! We are working on very specific short term goals, making my home practical, safe and comfortable to live in.I’m not even a hoarder or a bad housekeeper. I just don’t have great executive function and I can’t plan very well. These are skills you learn as a child and develop in life. Fatigue, pain and memory problems just make it so much easier to switch off and not care that stuff to be dealt with is mounting up in every aspect of your life.Not all women can multitask! 😂😂😂 I have other skills. Apparently 😂😂😂12 -
Sending comfort and warm thoughts to you all from cold wet not sunny France. Keep on going, everyone. Here in France they say Bon Courage , which I think is better in difficult times than Keep Smiling. Off to declutter after my second breakfast.
Keep safe everyone.8 -
Lost my post and got cut off.
