504- 510: Turntable, lots of bubble wrap and Ikea bag out, money in kaching!
511-514: recorded programmes seen and deleted (several GB of data freed up)
515: bag of household rubbish out
516-517: items lost at back of fridge and out of date so thrown... (rolls eyes)
518: cereal box full of paper to recycling
519: the usual 100 emails deleted
520: Book finished, just checking if anyone wants it before it goes to the charity bag
521- 525: pair of curtains, t-shirt, 2 scarves and set of coasters to charity shop bag.
I think that's it for now: food delivery due Wednesday and they're accepting carrier bags again. If I remember to give them to the driver, that's money off the bill and a few more to the total.

Another book for the charity shop pile and three more on my reading pile that I will be happy to let go once I have read them. Watched some 'A slob comes clean' and 'Minimalist mum' videos this morning. Took down a box of jigsaws and decided 5 of them could go. Several more small boxes into the recycling. Put my winter scarf and my panda hat (bought for me by one of my sons and it is brilliant - panda hat and two long furry ties that go under my chin and tucked into my jacket - keeps my ears warm and doesn't fly away in bad weather) folded up and tucked into the pockets of my winter jacket (already put away in the wardrobe). It's a good enough for mountaineering type coat, not the sort of thing you put on just because it's a bit chilly (huge scruffy cardigan used for that).
I started to do a jigsaw to check all the pieces were there but gave up and binned it (some edge pieces missing and at least one blank piece). Went radical and packed another ten jigsaws for the charity shop - one is brand new (misplaced nostalgia, I'm a sucker for old cars, farm machinery and 60s scenes), most came from charity shops. I haven't had any time to do them this year and if I have time next winter and want a jigsaw, I'm quite prepared to give a cs a couple of pounds. Added a set of 4 cups to the cs bag (think I'm out of bags now but can squeeze more books in). I have 4 jigsaws left and 4 empty boxes woohoo.
Found 3 more screws (one found yesterday) so I have screwed them into holes on the inside of the boiler/ cleaning cupboard and put most of the things back - ran out of puff, will go back later. Cleaned my mask and hose - mask is cleaned every day but the hose takes a long while to dry so if it isn't done by lunchtime it has to wait.

@EnergyShifter I'm not sure I just typed in minimalists audio book. The ones from the minimalists have them on the video cover I think. Will try to find it.
I have been entertaining myself and wasting my life with tarot on YouTube
The one I have been watching the most is
A Truth well told and minnow pond tarot.
Just a bit of fun, apparently I am in for a year of abundance, but I am not to be a fool and lose it all.
It's heaving round here so did not go to the charity, see a lot of people suffering from anxiety in the shops - which was quite sad to see.
Today I have cleaned the place ready for tomorrow's declutter. I shall probably set the meat going early and then attack the cupboards with a bin bag and bag for Life in hand.
Walked the dogs until almost all our legs dropped off. Talked to some lone people along the route (in case I am the only person they speak to that day! )
Managed to let go 6 things from mums 4 went already and 1 sold along with the house. The other large item will go when we are next up there. Not too bad. Have to admit if I could I would grief hoard but I know that's not the right direction or what mum would want.
I have kept some odd things but I'm sure each time a bit of this will go, so I will just call it a process.
Not sure how long a surveyor will take and if we have to go up there for that.
First time in a long time not feeling so sad and stressed to the eyeballs, so I guess this must have been from the burden of the house etc.
Plus one on a diet (he says) so will see if I still have my chocolate stash in the morning.

Forgot to add ....we found some old jewellery at mums that we assumed was silver that could be white gold.
Obviously a huge price difference if gold.
Asked everyone and no one recognises so we will try to sell and use it for days out for the family grandchildren if it's a couple of hundred in scrap. Be nice funds for Swimming classes, trips to zoo, ice cream or chips at the seaside etc
To be continued....
Sorry to clutter up thread

Popping in to report 8 bags out today. 3 to one CS with unused wall paper and some bits and 5 to mine including a bag of rags and a bag of shoes, also for the rag man.
Very pleased with this.
I working in teh CS this afternoon. Had a guy come in, no mask. Wouldn't wait outside taking us over our numbers. The manager asked him to not come in but he pushed past and wouldn't wait, just grunted. Bought something, more grunting and left. . The manager stayed in the shop untl he left which I much appreciated.
Most people are fine though and I had a great time catching up with some of the regulars.

Well !
We had an offer yesterday from our first viewer who has no property to sell and is good to go. 10K OVER the asking price. Someone else in the same position coming today. EA says it will go to best sealed bid by end of play tomorrow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It isn't even online yet.
I am still a bit achy from my exertions on Friday. I feel some photographing and listing of stuff on Marketplace today and a bit of pottering in the garden.
I can't wait to start sorting and flinging stuff. We have another house which we will move to but it is smaller than this one, Fling, fling, fling!
Also someone was asking on FB for offcuts of wood for crafting. They are coming later to take their pick from MR V's lifetime collection of bits of wood. Scavenged from work for our fire but we may not have time to burn it!
