Happy Sunday all,
We have just had a roast chicken, plus enough for tea this evening and lunch tomorrow.
Washing is dry and put away. I have wudupa bar 1 Pyrex dish which is in to soak.
Need to go to the shop as hoping to get some reduced eggs to make some puddings, cakes etc.
3 bits of clutter to go today
Old hoody out, old joggers out and old slippers out. The postman will not know who I am 😂
To do:
Bag of stocking filler type bits I have left over to go to in the post my niece for Easter.
Black bag of 20 clothing items on hold (to either sell or donate) as 12th April seems a whole away yet.
Still have shoes in car!!😉
Still have the half pole 😌
No other news except I've walked dogs twice already and now plus one wants me to go out for another walk. Well at least if I wear my legs out to stumps I shall not need the shoes 😂
Where ever you are I hope you have a little sun to enjoy and a nice cup of tea.

1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. CLEAN ONE ROOM (TOP TO BOTTOM) EVERY MONTH (hopefully 3 weekly by the end of the year)Sunday was another sunny day but chilly in the shade ☹️ Started on paperwork which has built up yet AGAIN 😔 Found my NHS number so will try to book my first Covid vaccine. Spent time in the kitchen with DH - batch cooked: mirepoix (5 portions), roasted vegetables (3 portions), large cauliflower & bacon gratin (2 meals for 3 people). Dinner was the gratin with baked pork steak & roasted tomatoes. Delicious 😋

Recycled some leaflets put through the door by the postman( some doublers) and lots of Welsh paperwork, we get everything in Welsh and English, seems such a waste of paper IMO, I wish we could choose beforehand. Also out a plastic hand wash bottle, a milk carton and an orange juice carton, a coffee jar and lots of emails deleted too. A few more small bits of rubbish, wood and metal from the garden gone.Tonight I need to do a "throw it all in" omelette for tea as I need to use up bits and bobs from the fridge. DD and the DGC came over yesterday and we had a socially distanced shout across the patio, the DGC also demolished a millionaires cheesecake, so out went the box too. I've missed them so much even though they only live 5 mins away and there wouldn't have ever been any leftovers had they been in the house as normalSending hugs to anyone in need. Take care of yourselves.nanFailure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently10

Spent the morning tramping through the woods on a 3 mile walk (takes a long time with LO) she likes to climb up the hills jump in the puddles trample through the mud and came home with more mud over her than you can imagine.... I washed her outdoor clothes they are hanging outside drying now and DH cleaned 3 pairs of boots 👍 so not too much mud in the house.I hoovered all of downstairs and dusted the front room. DH is filling up next doors green bin which will be collected tomorrow- ours is already full, and she hasnt done any gardening. So it’s good to clear some overgrown shrubs and pull some weeds and get rid of the rubbish straight away...
Watched some you tube clips of a secret slob doing a “house reset” for new year ( I know I am a bit late) anyway it took her days..... her LO were cruising around whilst she scrubbed (so I can’t use that excuse) and she was so thorough wiping down all the walls and table legs and pulling out sideboards to clean behind...
then I watched a clip of just do 5 minutes per room - this is my usual cleaning- i’ll try to do it more often.8
