1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. CLEAN ONE ROOM (TOP TO BOTTOM) EVERY MONTH (hopefully 3 weekly by the end of the year)Monday was a dry day but overcast & cold. DSis went out to pick up her meds & a small sm shop. Earnest attached himself to DH today - he booked my Covid jabs (at a hub) - 1st on Sunday, 2nd on 23rd May. Then out on bike to check out the location of the hub & then to MrS to pick up compost & grow bags. When he came back we made soup. Dinner was bacon, eggs & fried lo cauliflower gratin. DH dd the washing up & most of the drying up - finished off the drying & putting away.
471 - 475 Kitchen recycling, glass jar, plastic bottle, cardboard packaging, drinks cans - recycled
476 - 477 Kitchen detritus, pair of DSis’s Sunday socks - binned

Hi everyone,
Not a bad day here. Five bits - nail clipper thing tiny and doesn't really work, hairband and three lots of eyelash glue.
I have managed to sort half a sack of mums old paperwork this was just junk mail, envelopes etc in the main. The case doesn't feel any lighter but it was a quick sort not a proper sort.
Found my certificate so one job down.
Took a freezer inventory this mornibg as we have been eating everything it's been an age since I've had to do one. Good to know there is a weeks worth of food for both of us in there.
Might take the sack of clothes and bits out later and put in the boot of car ready to go.
I might put some washing on and see if I can part dry outside.

yippee - window cleaner is allowed to work & is currently up his ladder cleaning my windows. We had a good old chinwag - putting the world to rights 😉 both of us rather sad that the third lockdown has not been as genial as the 1st two & that there has been rather more nasty behaviour this time around ☹️ Ending on a bright note we both agree that we can finally see a glimmer at the end of the tunnel🤞Wishing everyone as good a day as possible & hoping you have warmer weather than I do 😉Be Kind. Was outside digging (a bit) and shifting stones (lots) and must have been overdoing it. Thrown one pair of painting joggers (no longer fit for purpose). They were a million fades of grey (once upon a time they were black) and have been used for painting for at least 3 years (a whole history of fence painting and bins and bucket painting on those trousers) and I had to be careful because the waist tie was in a tight knot and was apt to plummet to the ground at odd moments. I still have a pair of painting leggings, a tunic, two dresses (Sunday best - very holey) and a warm jumper for when it's cold so can carry on gardening, painting and shifting stones. But not today, I have done enough today. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage11

I'm still going, a dryer left tonight, a set of 6 cups given to someone else, 3 dolls that were broken, lots of little things but they are leaving every single day.
Looking forward to the new kitchen having rooms in each of the drawers. Not sure how long it will last though!September 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x11 -
Reporting in with no cleaning done beyond wiping kitchen surfaces and chipping toothpaste off the sink (small people stayed last night). Some decluttering:
479 Recycled packaging from Mr M delivery although there was a lot you couldn't recycle which is annoying
480 New blue box for paper recycling delivered shiny and bright - old box was taken away
481 Savings account, paying virtually no interest, closed and money transferred to newer savings account paying just a little more
482 Emails read and answered and more deleted. In box still empty.
483 Cinnamon spice jar recycled - small amount left in it had no flavour at all. New jar came with MR M delivery.
In all day tomorrow so will try and do at least one area from cleaning grid and one from other/DIY jobs. I could do another coat of paint on a door as no small people now until Saturday.2025 Decluttering Campaign 635/2025 🏅🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅) 🌟🌟

Tuesday was dry but cold even though sunny. Mist set in about 9.00 p.m. A do nothing day AGAIN. Bowl of hm soup for lunch very tasty but needs thinning 😉 DH’s 5 year old phone is knackered so new one ordered. Dinner was breaded veal schnitzels, boiled potatoes & green beans - yummy 😋
