2021 MISSION DECLUTTER and CLEAN

It's so lovely to see everyone's progress, and how nice all your rooms look!
Operation decant dried food (particularly spares) into neater food storage is well underway. There is only one shop in my town that sells them, so I have been trying not to clear them out completely of the storage when I go in so it is a work in progress. But I have cleared a load of excess sugar of the top of the cupboards, as well as making some space within the cupboards to make things easier to see - hopefully we will stuff up more now we can see everything we have!
Next goal is to fine a set of shelves that the storage containers can go on rather than simply stacked on the floor, but it still is better than before.
General cleaning and making sure clutter is not brought in has continued, but I suspect the real challenge will be when the shops etc. open up and I need to make sure I am not going shopping for the sake of it. But I will cross that bridge when I come to it.10 -

Do be kind to yourself, I get frustrated at not being able to do what I want and it really doesn't help. glad you've a referral. Take care of yourself9

Chieveley, - you really have been through it ,hugs to you and getting thrifty, Wow must have been such a relief declutteeinff some of the health problems I think the peroneal nerve is linked to sciatic nerve so hopefully won't get worse, hopefully they can do something to improve the situation. The hospital I'm at don't do EMG and my consultant says next is lumbar puncture but I am going to see him at the end of the month, Do take care.
Also realise my typing and eyesight aren't great, lost 100 so 353 not 253!

Chieveley saidAnother one with the similar symptoms. My mri threw up unrelated cancer in kidney, so decluttered that in November. I had a EMG on Monday and I have no sensation/response in my peroneal nerve. I had really bad sciatica 10+ years ago the consultant thinks the damage was done then. Hope you both get some answers.

A few more items
Tea tree oil foot spray - not completely used up but spray went everywhere when I tried to use it
Hair conditioner - given to my neighbour
9 DVDs/cases - I have loads of DVDs to find a new home for. They belonged to my ex-husband. These particular ones had been chosen by his cats and not suitable for donating.
Snow fairy shower gel - this was a small bottle given as a gift. I hated the perfume the first time I used it so thrown away
Outer packaging for pens received as a gift at Christmas. Totally over packaged.
3 newspapers - I don't count if disposed of on the same day that I buy them, only those that hang around long after I've read them
7 magazines - some going back to 2015! Now flicked through and out for recycling.
3 old gift bags too damaged to reuse.
4 perfume samples. I've kept some for ages. Out of the first 4 opened, 3 were totally dried up.

💕❤️♥️💖💞🌹💐
So plus ones sweets did not arrive but hey ho, maybe tomorrow.
@maz0n brought me a huge box for valentines - so out to recycling later!!
I am now the owner of a pink heated overthrow blanket (not really my colour) but a welcome gift and at least it is something that will get used.
Fleabay parcel wrapped and posted so cash for clutter to plus one.
Have 10 items on the bay for chickenfeed money but I don't mind posting as at least its something for nothing and good that these things will get reused.
Washing is finally dry.
Roast with Steak pie for Lunch/Dinner.
Shoes still need to be dropped off at recycling from boot of car.
Only the parcel and usual rubbish/recycling at the moment, back later should I find anything suitable to declutter.
