Eversure Car Breakdown Discussion

I tried to take out a policy with them. After clicking through to buy, the details of the cover changed (from national to local). I began a live chat to clarify this and the guy couldn't have been less helpful. Missed and/ or dodged every question, and just answered saying he couldn't help with the simple things I was asking, with no option to suggest how he could actually help.
So, the red flag was switching up the information from the overview page to lesser cover. Then the nail in the coffin was how unhelpful the customer assistant was when I'm trying to actually give them my money. I can't imagine how hard it would be to talk to someone and get help when you are an existing customer that needs them.
Maybe I just got a bad person and it was a website error. But it put me off going with them.

I had to use Eversure on Friday when I got a puncture and my car doesn't have a spare. They were brilliant. I was recovered & car taken home within 30 mins and they called after an hour to check everything was ok. Very efficient and I am really happy with them.
