esso are a fuel importer / refiner that also have a chain olf retail garage sites in the UK and europe selling patrolium products , many/most are now franchise , in fact the people who are buying the asda chain  the Issa brothers, who also own the euro garage group , hold franchise for over several thousand  sites in the uk/europe ,
why do you not use your feet , go in and ask staff , ask for manager , as the private parking situation will have been done at site level , not by exxonmobil ltd
if no manager available , ask for his contact number or time he will be on site , also ask staff if they have authority to get ticket cancelled and explain WHY you got a ticket , tell staff the date , ask who was working that day and ask when they are back on duty

if the site is indeed a franchise run by euro garages , dont bother writing to  mohsin  or zuber , as last week zuber was to busy due to goverment stickingh noise into asda purchase

mohsin  and zubers petrol station sites in europe

     ,

I went down to a esso garage today to ask for contact details but the person was no help at all. As he was giving me the store number

Civil Enforcement has no reason to contact Lex Autolease again regarding this PCN

Why are you telling CPM that?

Civil Enforcement never had any reason to contract Lex Autolease, did they?

But Redx already pointed that out to you on 10 December at 2:28PM.
I forgot to edit that out ,have amended it

Don't forget anything , don't refer to Popla

It's your job to put in the correct Parking company , the correct business , the correct appeals option (the IAS) , to adapt it to suit your particular situation and case

No naming the driver , no silly mistakes , you are a hirer keeper from your company

Get the basics right , it's not difficult !!

Post the adapted amended appeal to an IAS member below , for checking , we cannot trust you to write it !! Lol

Really!  After all the help we have given you.

Are you not aware that,  according to an MP recently in an HOC debate, he stated that he believed that some of these companies may have links to organised crime.
Are you happy to fund white slavery, people smuggling, and fake Nikes into your local High Street?

Come on. make an effort ,even if it does mean mastering difficult legal  concepts.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

House of Commons ... the reference to MP and debate should have made that obvious. ;)
