ok ,
1: for a start , tell your boss they are not FINES
2: yes , pay for parking where required , save recept and hand into work
3: now the elephant in the room , you will have to decline or drive away from any job where a private parking co are involved , and reading your first post where you did not see signs , perhaps you should tell your manager there was no facility to pay , and you were working in a timly manor .AS PER HIS INSTRUCTIONS
by all means tell the parking co when you appeal , but do not expect to win
gather all info inc time sheets/logs vehicle you were repairing vrn and owners name (bet they have nvoice as well)
and finally tell your boss to do one and move to a company that has a manager not a worm
all the info yiou gather now , inc photos of the site and the sinage will be used in your defence in court next year2 -
there is case law where an employee is told to do something , and this moving the blame (?)

To be clear
If you have a PCN in your own name and own address or serviceable address , you appeal as a hirer keeper using an Edna basher template adapted to suit , providing there is a new PCN in your own name
No naming the driver , no appealing as driver
This will be rejected by ukcpm , but they will have failed POFA , no contracts included with your PCN , so no hirer liability on your company provided vehicle2 -

No naming the driver , no appealing as driver , nobody to know who was driving , even if it's obvious , it's an assumption until any admission of guilt

No-one has said the company need to appeal to the parking firm.
They/you must complain to the landowner and tell them that this must be cancelled or local garages and taxis will have to boycott the location.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No-one said to phone anyone. Where does any of our advice tell people to use the phone, either to view the forum or to make complaints?
You don't do meaningful complaints by phone and you'd also have no record of what they said, for evidence later. even if they can't cancel the PCN it can be useful evidence if a landowner replies that they support your position.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
