Cpm PCN on 'A' Road petrol station

It is correct if it has your name on it and your address , plus the PCN reference , if you were the hirer on that date
Or it could say
"I am the registered keeper of mentioned vehicle.the following person is the hirer/lessee of the vehicle .
Please issue a hirer PCN reference 1234567890 to the following hirer on that date at this address , as required by POFA
The it gives your name and your address where it would arrive in a few weeks , or next week for example
So to reiterate , you need the PCN in your own name before any meaningful appeal3 -
You cannot appeal as registered keeper because your name is not on the V5C log book , don't be foolish !! Do not lie . Not at all !! Saying that you are the RK is lying , what if a judge saw it in Court !! Foolish !!
The manager replies in the name on the PCN , if that is the company then as a fleet manager of the company , if it's in his own name he is naming the hirer , not actually appealing , Nobody is appealing at this stage , nobody
This is not difficult to understand !
Nobody here is interested in any hire or lease documents , the parking company is , but won't be getting them unless the manager is asked by the parking company
Let your manager name you as hirer , nothing fancy , just get it done , if necessary fill the PCN in and post it back , naming the hirer
Once you have a PCN in your own name , the manager leaves it with you2 -

So the dreaded letter has come through the post today! I am concerned as it is stating I have been named driving it ?!
"We have issued parking charge notice xxxxx to a vehicle you have been named as driving because it was parked in a manner whereby the driver became liable for parking charge at xxxxxxxxxxx. The terms and conditions of parking on this private land are clearly set out on the signage installed within the restricted area.
Do I still appeal , or do I contest i was not the driver ?0 -
they will have changed that hoping to trip you up
I have read the thread several times , can you just reconfirm
vehicle thaat got ticket , was IT broken down or was it assisting another vehicle
where you leasing/renting the vehicle or where you an employee of the company that got the notice and where you on paid time (if employee)
is the companty or you involved in the motor trade
if you were employed by company that got ticket , wher you instructed to repair this/other vehicle whilst on pay3 -

ok now that is clear i think this falls into different area
it is not your fault the vehicle got ticket , the user of the vehicle was instructed to go to the location , a normal task , and not something you can decline to do , if you are paid to do this
your manager needs to get his finger out herr , HE , THE COMPANY should be contacting the garage owners and explaining situation
I could go on , but at the moment the actions above are more important3 -
