this is probably a silly question,No such thing! My fixed rate ends 31st July 2022 so would that actually mean I could OP 1000 now for example, and then come august 2021 pay another 1000 as it’s a new year? You need to ask your provider when they run it from, some do start of year (Jan) some do financial year (April) some do start date of mortgage. When you are out of the fixed rate, you could pay your max o/p for the year, switch to another fixed rate (even if only fixed for a year), and then as it is technically a 'new product' you could o/p the max payment again.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

I've given you #124, welcome on board!
do you (or anyone else) know how I can get onto page 1 on an iPhone apart from
clicking back on all the pages? The new layout doesn’t seem particularly user friendly on iPhone and the spreadsheet is on page one so would be handy to view it
thanks and sorry for being a pain!Mortgage free wannabe #124

Hello. It’s #24 here with a further mid month payment of £400. This makes it £1,500 total for April and £5,500 year to date.Could I please increase target to £16,501 as hitting this would bring balance down to sub £100k (again). It’s ‘again’ because I had to pull some out from the offset over the summer due to a more expensive than budgeted house renovation project.Onwards and downwards, even though at times it feels like I’m swimming 🏊♀️ in treacle. Hope everyone is enjoying the decent weather. Thanks,1
