Thankyou all. After waiting for 10 years and having cancer, I thought I may never get to this point. It is doable but you need to take the long view and forgive yourself when you can't meet you targets.

Hi Julicorn, number 90 with an April OP of £215.  I have officially left the 46’s and am now in the 45’s 🥳

£11,200 for me - I'm almost at the 10% limit on this mortgage - even the lady on the phone said are you sure as my limit is £11,995 but I just didn't have the £700! Will try and pay it before July when my overpayment allowance resets. 

Mortgage two I can overpay £5100  before July so that's my next goal!
