#88 I was waiting until my new mortgage year to make a big overpayment as I used up my 10 percent last year. So it will be this month, but now I am unsure how much emergency money to keep to one side. So I am having a think about it, as I can’t take it back out again if I need it.... I will update soon!

#87 popping by to note that I have paid off my mortgage today. In fact a small amount of money will be due back to me I think. Anyway. £16,423.61 paid over. Not cleared until I get the letter which I hope will be next week.
