Good evening all,
#79 reporting £950 OP in April - which has brought down the daily interest to £9.99.
Also made about 30% of my overall 10% OP allowance (nicer look than saying 3%, but effectively it's the same) - which considering my starting mortgage amount was just under £270,00, I am fairly pleased with how I've chipped away at it.
Now very much a game of number checking to see how much/what my appetite is to OP before the initial year is up and therefore impacts next years 10% OP.
Any advice?
ThanksMFW 2021#79
