    #98 -Final December updated  = £955
  • We have decided to move house, and are still in the fixed term period of our mortgage so to minimise our ERC I made the maximum fee-free overpayment on 31st December. That takes me to a very unexpected total of £14438.2 for December (Number 99). I'm going to keep my overpayment aims for 2022 the same, but moving house (and increasing our mortgage) is going to make it much more challenging! Thanks so much for running this challenge Julicorn, I've found it very motivating
