    November £300
    December £700
    This makes my total for 2021 as £2,540, meaning I’ve reached my target that I set (only just!).

    Looking forward to trying again in 2022!

    #43 sneaked in a last OP of £200.00 today, for a total of £6200.00 for 2021
  • #75 December overpayment £500 we reduced the November overpayment to £500 so hit our goal for the year at £6000

    End of Year Report for #57
    • I have added £31.9k to my Mortgage Neutral pot since I started, £30.2K since 1/1/21
    • My Mortgage Balance is £86.4K  
    • I am now £54.5K away from being Mortgage Neutral
    Current target for Mortgage Neutral is now Feb-23 (was May) based on an end of year bonus, and increased contributions this year and next year

    Am up for taking another big dent out of this next year so just popping over to the 2022 thread.

  • It’s late but #36 checking in with my final payment for the year made today £6704.72.
