Had a major rethink since January and as we are now ‘empty nesters’ have decided to sell up and downsize to a smaller place allowing us to clear the mortgage completely. So house is now sold, a new home has been found and everything crossed that all goes through. Revised target for 2021 is £45000.00 but no further monthly OPs will be made for the next few weeks/months. Not sure if I updated Feb but £500 OP made, so YTD £1000.
