I personally am sticking with SP as they have done a good job with my account. The YE balance has been added to my account. I shall certainly be moving to another supplier as soon as there is a cheaper tariff. I cant see what all the fuss is about with SP.

I agree, always said I’ve had hardly any problem with SP, but got a slightly cheaper deal with octopus and the communication is a lot better.

Lack of YE refund,  delay in registering supplies, delay in setting up accounts, poor communications and incorrect final reads.  Other than these things, I'd say that SP has been very good as the appointed SOLR  :D

Just had my final bill in the post from SP, less than 2 weeks after leaving with the correct meter readings.  Leaving all went smoothly.

After receiving my total refund from SP, just had a quick look at my SP account and incredibly it’s showing a balance of £62 😂🤦‍♀️ Was going to close the account, but will wait a few days, but definitely cancelled my D/D with them.
  • after 106 days we have finally received an online final bill from yorkshire.
i'll be back i'd imagine in another 106 days when the hundreds in credit is returned to us or carried over to scottish power.

    £206 in debt now. Lol
  • Well still waiting for my refund My SP account still shows the credit
How long are we supposed to wait to get our money back, I paid the bill SP produced without delay
Shocking these companies can hang onto customers money for as long as they want
Can compensation be claimed for delays in refunds
