The DVLA never released my details. I gave them all my info in my appeal so won't bother going down this route but thanks for highlighting this anyway.2 -

You could still issue a Letter Before Claim on Link. £250 within 28 days for DPA/GDPR breach, or you will raise a county court claim without any further notice.zimbo_ouen said:Umkomaas said:Well done on your win. If the OP willingly gave them their details (following a windscreen PCN) then I'm not sure there's a DPA/GDPR angle to pursue.Jenni x3

Possibly harassment instead, as they knew, or should have known, they had no lawful basis on which to continue to pursue. A LBC costs nothing (and there's no requirement to pursue beyond just that), it gives the PPC a bit of a taste of their own medicine, and they might find a quick cheque saves them the potential for a shedload of work.Jenni_D said:If the OP willingly gave them their details (following a windscreen PCN) then I'm not sure there's a DPA/GDPR angle to pursue. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
