Landlord & Tenant Act.  Not 'Tenancy'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is no need to redact the details in the court case you referred to regarding the Landlord and Tenant Act as they are already in the public domain.

I didn't redact it. It was already redacted as I used the link CM put in their reply.

I can try find the unredacted one out there if this mustn't be redacted in my WS?

Ah, sorry, I didn't realise that.

I don't think it will matter but an unredacted version might prevent the judge making the same comment I did.

    Her reply!

It is redacted as it is a case supplied by bargepole where the Defendant wanted their name redacted.  Leave it exactly as it is - the point is to help your Judge see that the argument has legs in a county court case and how another Judge worded his/her judgment.
Ok thanks CM, and apologies for that

    Hi all,

I think I'm happy with my WS and would love to know your thoughts:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/2qioz3zo5rh0iwt/Witness Statement and Exhibits - Redacted-XX.pdf?dl=0

I have done my best to ensure all sensitive and identifying info is redaction and please let me know if there is anything I need to change
Ok I've corrected the type, and it seems OK to leave the partially redacted judgment of the Landlord & Tenant Act act.

A few small changes here and there but really feel like this is ready now. I changed most references of Link Parking and replaced with "the Claimant" instead as this seems more aligned with other witness statements I've seen

Hopefully everything else looks OK now?

Thanks for your review. I've just checked the linked document again and it seems to have the correct wording of Landlord & Tenant Act in all references in my WS.

Where are you seeing this wrong @1505grandad

Perhaps refresh the Dropbox document or try the link again?
