Once you e read and understood the defence you should hopefully see you CAN give a good defence. 

You're like 99% of all people who come here - they don't realise just how many options there are.

I have looked on the newbie thread regarding the template but it also mentions about case examples to read to get an idea of what to put for #2 and 3 however when I click on the link nothing happens. Is there somewhere else I can find this information?

Just read any other court claim thread.  There are at least half a dozen per page...go back about 20 pages, clicking on any claim threads.

In the NEWBIE sticky below the template defence link (which does work) there are five links that do work and there are two further links for PE cases which also work.  If you are trying to navigate the forum on a phone that could be your issue.

Yes I was using my phone, as I was awaiting a new laptop charger. Arrived today so will sit down tomorrow and go through as many cases as I can and take notes to start my defence. I am also logging the extension tomorrow as advised

Hopefully the PPC will comply with the Occupiers Liability Acts of 1957 and 1984 and ensure the car park is safe.
