I had been trying for some time to get a refund after discovering the card was not working, I have been dealing with
Railsr formally Railsbank, email support@railsbank.atlassian.net and there is a form on their site to complete to get a refund for any funds on your card. It did take a while but I eventually received the funds from payrnet visa I had to give my account number obviously but at least it is now sorted. Hope this helps you could also try Resolver and they will look into it for you.0 -
