broadband -- i want to go wireless, how do i do it ??

The problem is that you have been trying to do this for so long, we don't know what you have done and what you haven't done. What stage are you at now?

i am at no stage as i am using a completly different laptop and all it has on it is the windows xp and any thing that windows xp came with, the other laptop that i originally started with as been made redundant !!
i shall work it out myself....thanks

Anyone about.
Want to put a laptop on wireless. and keep desktop on wired will this router be ok. Its bt line with orange bb.

i was told to get a netgear router as they have the best reputation but i guess belkin is a reasonable cheap alternative

i have done all of this and i put in my password and it tries to connect and then nothing happens, it does not connect.....
it is driving me mad been at this for weeks !!!
