GF has asked for ibuprofen and says she is starting to feel ill. The back of her neck hurts. She has compared notes with a positively tested colleague and it's not looking good.
GF's work hoody is pegged out.
Lunch now

Feeling for you, Round xx
Well I seem to have passed the entry requirements to be a juggler this morning. Looking forward to the career move... I know that this isn’t going to look much and is in no particular order, but humour me....
Clean washing finally dry, folded and in airing cupboard.
Airing cupboard contents returned to rightful owners
Cloakroom, ensuite and bathroom cleaned
Allotment visited to wade through mud for leeks for dinner. Weeded a short row while I was there in the hope that one day I will get my garlic planted
Bedroom dusted, waiting for me to haul the vacuum cleaner upstairs
Hair washed and tugged straight, even remembered to do it before I cleaned the bathroom
1 return trip to school done in driving instructor mode, 1 more to go shortly.8 -

Just back from work, stopped at local shops to pick up a few bits to use up leftovers in the fridge which will keep us in meals for today and tomorrow then Thursday I must do a big shop but with a meal plan and shopping list.

Sorry to hear that you're all three in limbo, round. Keep smiling, keep hydrated, keep the house well ventilated, and keep smiling for as long as you can xx

Delighted for Dot. Please don't panic, pigpen: we're here for you too. Joining the Carpet Admiration Society too.
What is it about the onion family, Fayolle? It took me until yesterday evening to get my alliums planted - and it was dark by the time the last ones were safely covered up and labelled.
This morning I have tidied round, done admin stuff, discovered how to generate QR codes (fun!), and made very yummy carrot and ginger soup a la Girl Named Jack - it was very cheap, very filling and therefore very MSEI have also cast two eager families in the roles of angels and wise men and tried to contact two others to persuade them to take the parts of shepherds, mum, step-dad and baby in our blockbuster. DH went to the leg ulcer clinic and has been measured up for new stockings in time for Christmas
Take care, everyone. (((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round xx9 -

Pigpen, so pleased for Dot, and your stairs carpet is gorgeous (very much my kind of thing).
Round hope you and DS stay well, and GF gets better quickly.
Took the afternoon off and went to see Mum, its her birthday today, we went for a walk together and had tea and birthday cake in the garden. Dad is feeling a bit down and they are both missing seeing family, at least they have each other.
Came home, hoovered, dusted, changed our sheets and put WM on, made tea, feet up now. Will do yoga before bed.
