Still getting pockets about 8 days for second class. Still getting customers saying, "but something else got here quicker than yours", so right, I do this for a living, and I must be wrong heh?Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Do RM even try to get a Special Delivery item to it's destination on time? I thought that the guaranteed times had changed, eg, so that "by 1pm" was now "by 4pm"?
I sent an item on Monday morning (before the cut-off for SD) and according to the tracking, the parcel spent 27 hours sat in the recipient's local delivery office, instead of being taken to where it should have been. It was finally delivered today, just after lunch.
As for general post, we've not received anything for a week. Parcels are delayed as well. I've stopped using RM for eBay now, the only reason for the SD was that the buyer wanted the item quickly.0 -
Unless it's late again there has been no post here again today , I've called the bank about the missing letter and they want me to wait a few more days and if it still hasn't arrived they will send a new code.
Neither of my packages have arrived and one business has said they will send a replacement next week if it still hasn't turned up. My neighbour is faced to going into London by train and tube if her paperwork hasn't turned up by tomorrow as it needs to be dealt with by Friday and she is running out of time and it might be easier to go into the nearest office and do it there.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. A strange twist on the no post situation. About 11pm last night my neighbour knocked with my missing bank letter and a magazine that I was expecting, apparently they must have been delivered at some point after 4.30pm when they last went to the front door, that was all there was, they got nothing for themselves so one is taking a trip into London today.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I’ve just had my ninth INR opened for this month. It was posted on 13th. This is ridiculous, why aren’t eBay revising estimated delivery times ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
