Thank you that is very useful. I've sent the article on to one of my sons who is struggling with post and is one of the postcodes affected. If I can be bothered I might check out some of the INR postcodes to see if they are on the list.MarkN88 said:

Look on the bright side Soolin, we’ll soon be inundated with messages from buyers who raised INRs saying that their item has now arrived, and can they pay againYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever

I'm not in one of those areas but still only getting regular post around once a week if I'm lucky, with parcels taking up to two weeks. They were doing an amazing job before Christmas and delivering every day including a large parcel arriving with the regular postie on Christmas Eve having only been posted 2 days before 120 miles away, but obviously things have changed since then. Of course it could be localised to my particular part of the delivery area, but not being on that list certainly doesn't guarantee post arriving in the expected timeframe.MarkN88 said:0 -
I'm in one of these areas, though not sure why this has suddenly become a news story.MarkN88 said:

They said on the news today some folk have not had post for a full month. Crikey! I hope it's not eBay parcels and just letters etc.0

New INR yesterday for a large letter posted first class on 3rd January, so the problem is still ongoing. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

It's definitely still ongoing, we have just realised we have had no post now since last Thursday when it arrived in a private car at about 6pm. To our knowledge we have 2 RM tracked 48 items (or whatever it is called) parcels that were sent last Friday plus the usual bits and bobs, I also have a couple of other parcels that were sent at least 8-10 days ago but for which I have no information other than the fact they were sent by RM.charlies_mum said:New INR yesterday for a large letter posted first class on 3rd January, so the problem is still ongoing.
