  • Received offer today, so just over 4 weeks from full application, it felt a lot longer than that while waiting!
  • Hi All,
First post on this thread. My mortgage broker plans to produce DIP and apply on Monday 21st Dec, it is a joint mortgage, Employed and Self-Employed applicants, we are after 85% LTV. Just got a few questions:
    1. How friendly are Natwest with Self-Employed applicants ?
    2. What additional documents have they asked for so that we can upload them when making the application, particularly for the self employed applicant in order to avoid any delays?
    3. Once our mortgage broker formally applies, is there any way for us to track the status of the application online, or only those that have applied directly can track their application ?
    4. Lastly, can we include the valuation fee as part of the total borrowings amount or do HAVE to pay them when Natwest instruct valuation ?

Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks very much
