    Re PCN number:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.

There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
The driver could not use the PDT machine due to it being repaired by onsite maintenance , so the driver left promptly because it was impossible to pay for parking due to the faulty machine

If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

You asked that question on the first page.

That was less than an hour ago. The answer will not have changed.

You said it wastes time.  My question here is whether I should include in in my appeal

I would not include either , only my additional line

The disability has no legal relevance to this PCN from a private company on private land , just like if she had chrohns it doesn't entitle either of you to slip the lock on public toilets just because she was desperate

OK, I will post as above then.  The reason I mentioned it was because I thought they had to make allowances for disabled people.  OK, I will post it as above.  There is a facility for me to submit evidence so I guess just leave that blank

They may well do if payment has been made , as part of the contract of parking , like extra time for example

But no payment was made so the driver was in breach of contract , subject to the signs which you haven't shown us

So frustration of contract (unable to pay for parking) is likely to be your best option using grace periods

What seems important to you or us is not important for ECP

    Save anything else for Popla

OK.  I have just called a shop nearby and they say that ECP own in so that may not be a good thing.  If that's true, that text in blue threatening complaining to the land owner won't do any good will it?

Just send it, please.    Come on, this is only ECP and no-one cares about them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
